1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and pinayvip ("pinayvip," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at pinayvip.vip. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the pinayvip platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not access or use the pinayvip platform.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered by pinayvip, including but not limited to online casino games, live dealer games, sports betting, online sabong, bingo, card games, and all wallet and payment services associated with your pinayvip account.

2. Eligibility

To register and use pinayvip, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This age threshold applies to all casino-style real-money gaming offered on the pinayvip platform and is consistent with applicable Philippine regulations governing online gambling and gaming entertainment.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not have been previously excluded from pinayvip or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be a current employee, officer, director, or immediate family member of a pinayvip employee in a role that involves platform operations, game management, or financial processing.

By registering, you confirm and warrant that you satisfy all of the above eligibility criteria. pinayvip reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within the timeframe requested may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) pinayvip account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under different names, mobile numbers, or device identifiers, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering your pinayvip account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal name, a valid Philippine mobile number, and date of birth. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify pinayvip promptly of any changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your pinayvip login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. pinayvip will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized use of your account due to your failure to keep credentials secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify pinayvip support immediately.

pinayvip accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights associated with it to any other person.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

pinayvip accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank), and USDT (TRC20). Minimum deposit amounts and processing times are displayed in the pinayvip Wallet section and are subject to change with notice.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are strictly prohibited. pinayvip reserves the right to reverse deposits that cannot be verified as originating from the account holder and to suspend accounts pending investigation of third-party funding.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. Where this is not possible, pinayvip may request alternative withdrawal details, subject to identity verification. Withdrawal processing times are estimated, not guaranteed, and may be subject to additional verification checks prior to release of funds.

pinayvip is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors, banks, mobile wallet providers, or blockchain network conditions outside of pinayvip's control. Any fees imposed by third-party payment providers in connection with deposits or withdrawals are the Player's sole responsibility.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, pinayvip may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, or other promotional offers ("Bonuses") to eligible players. Each Bonus is subject to specific terms stated at the time of the offer, including but not limited to wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry periods.

Bonuses are offered at pinayvip's sole discretion. pinayvip reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any Bonus at any time with reasonable notice. Players who attempt to exploit or abuse Bonus terms — including through arbitrage, collusion, or the use of multiple accounts — will have their Bonus entitlements cancelled and may have their accounts suspended.

Unless otherwise stated, deposited real-money funds are used before Bonus funds when placing wagers. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games offered on the pinayvip platform are governed by the individual game rules published within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and individual game rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail in relation to that game.

pinayvip uses certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology for non-live games. Live dealer games are operated by licensed third-party studios. In the event of a technical malfunction, game round error, or communication failure that results in an ambiguous outcome, pinayvip reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wagered amount. pinayvip's decision in the event of a game dispute is final, subject to the complaint process described in these Terms.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pinayvip platform and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Creating multiple accounts or assisting others in doing so
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with games or the platform
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or payment processing anomalies
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime using the pinayvip platform
• Providing false information during registration or verification
• Accessing pinayvip from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited
• Allowing a person under 21 years of age to access or use your account

9. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the pinayvip platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any pinayvip content without prior written permission from pinayvip.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pinayvip and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the pinayvip platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or any other economic loss.

pinayvip's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pinayvip does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of malicious software. You access and use the pinayvip platform at your own risk.

11. Privacy & Data

pinayvip collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By using the pinayvip platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the pinayvip Privacy Policy.

pinayvip handles all personal data in compliance with the Philippines' Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations.

12. Amendments

pinayvip reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, and/or by prominent notice on the pinayvip website, at least seven (7) days before the amendment takes effect. Your continued use of the pinayvip platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the pinayvip platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to pinayvip's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.
